"We were looking for a construction company to carry out large-scale building work to our family home. It was the first time that we had carried out renovation of a property, and we were keen to find a builder that was also happy to project manage.
LPM construction was recommended to us. We received about four quotes, but when Lee and Matt came to our home we felt at ease and confident that they would be able to carry out the work required. Their quote was very detailed and clearly laid out the costs of the proposed work. We found their quote to be very competitive.
Once the work was underway, we had to move out of the property, but Lee and Matt maintained good communication with us and worked hard to get us back home. We have now completed phase one of our build which has provided two additional double bedrooms and an extra bathroom.
Along with our architect, they have allowed us to create the potential that we saw in our roof space. The team used their initiative to maximise room size and storage space. This was a fairly large project on an old property, and inevitably some problems were encountered. LPM took these unforeseen eventualities in their stride and found a way to solve them.

“We heard about LPM after enquiring about receiving a quotation for building works from our trusted builder that had worked on various projects over a 17 year period. He explained that he was now in partnership and the company was LPM.
After having various meetings to discuss the projects we wanted carrying out in more detail, we were impressed by their knowledge of the industry and professionalism and friendliness. We decided to go ahead with the projects based on the quotation. The quote we were provided with was fair priced, detailed and easy to follow.
We weren’t overly concerned before accepting the quotation as LPM seemed honest and upfront. “LPM Construction was recommended to us by one of our friends. We saw the work they did first hand, and we were impressed, so we asked them to come and give us a quote.
We explained what we wanted, and Matt and Lee provided their expertise while also providing ideas that we hadn't even thought of!
When the quote came through we were able to see in detail how the costs were made up, which made it easier for us to work to our budget. With the building knowledge and expertise they demonstrated, we had no hesitation in choosing them to do the work.
We had an extension built to the back of our property, and we were living in our house while the works were being carried out. Before the build started, we were slightly concerned about the sub-contractors who would be used. We need not have been, as all were highly skilled at their discipline, and a pleasure to have in our house (we lived in the house with our two young kids throughout the build!).

"We initially used LPM for a couple of small jobs on the recommendation of a friend. After seeing their workmanship and how they operate, we invited them to quote for a much larger project (a two-storey,
full-width extension consisting of seven new rooms) along with a couple of other local builders.
LPM was not the lowest quote we got but nor were they the highest. After some consideration, we decided to go with LPM. LPM delivered the project on time and within budget to a very high standard (passed building control inspections at every stage), and we are delighted with the end result.
LPM took care of the whole project from the initial consultation with the architect, through the planning phase, construction and the final sign-off. They listened to what we wanted and also provided advice, resulting in a detailed quotation that included every costing including fittings.
