LPM Construction was established in 2015 and is based in Calverley, Leeds. The majority of our business is across the Yorkshire region, notably Bradford, Leeds, Wakefield, Harrogate and York.
The company was founded by Lee Matthews and Matt Brown, both of whom have many years’ experience in the construction industry. LPM Construction has a dedicated project manager, quantity surveyor, skilled architects and structural engineers, and a team of reputable tradespeople and sub-contractors, including builders, electricians, plumbers and tilers.

Since then, I have gained 25 years’ experience in the industry, building up a wealth of experience in the commercial and private sector along the way.
My time spent in the commercial sector has enabled me to develop a professional, quality approach to my work. After setting up the business in 2015 with Matt, it became apparent that by adopting the same professional, commercial approach for the domestic market, our company could quickly develop.

I started out my working life at a local family-run business, carrying out small extensions, new build homes and pub refurbishments. After a brief spell of working in the commercial sector on various high profile sites, I soon realised the domestic market held more of an appeal.
So, 15 years ago, I ventured out into the world of self-employment. I ran my own business successfully and was able to gain many repeat clients, before going into partnership with Lee and setting up LPM Construction.
I find challenging projects very motivating and always strive to over-deliver where possible to exceed the client’s expectations. I would say I’m conscientious, honest and considerate and this comes across in the work that I do day-to-day. We tailor our service to your requirements. At our initial meeting, we’ll scope out the extent of the work required, then provide a realistic timeframe and detailed quotation, taking into account all materials and labour needed.
Our architect and structural engineer can provide architectural drawings or structural designs, should you need these. We can also guide you through planning permission processes and instruct building control on your behalf. If your budget is starting to stretch, we can add value by suggesting alternative design ideas that can help you to save money without compromising your vision.
On site, we'll co-ordinate our own tradespeople, as well as being fully involved in the build ourselves to ensure your project is completed on time and to the very high standards and quality workmanship that you'd expect.
We know that building work can be disruptive, especially if you intend to live in your home while it's taking place. We’ll make sure you can use your home as much as possible throughout your build, and we'll remove any mess and clean up after our work completes.
